This policy explains how Tonsser handles personal data when you visit www.tonsser.com or contact us through it. Our apps, Grinta and Hooper, have their own privacy policies.

The Website is aimed at adults. Young athletes should use our apps, which have their own protections for minors.
3. Cookies
We use cookies that are needed to make the Website work. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add any non-essential cookies in the future, we will ask for your consent first.
4. Who we share data with
- Service providers acting on our instructions under data processing agreements: Website hosting (Amazon Web Services) and our newsletter tool (Brevo, if you subscribe).
- Professional advisers, authorities, or buyers and investors in a merger, sale or financing, where needed and under confidentiality.
We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers
We aim to keep Website data in the EU/EEA. If a provider processes data outside the EEA, we rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep data

You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.dk) or the authority where you live, such as IMY in Sweden.
